Context
Research that doesn't scale.
Qualitative research is slow, costly, and hard to scale. Verso set out to see whether an AI could run a real interview that people genuinely open up to, while keeping the structure and nuance a researcher brings.
Approach
Designing an interview people trust.
I designed the conversational experience end to end, how the AI opens, listens, follows up and adapts, plus the admin tooling teams use to set up studies and read what comes back.
