A management tool for non-experts.
Kolecto, a Crédit Agricole company, gives the leaders of small and mid-sized businesses a management tool that is compliant, complete, and genuinely intuitive, for people who are not finance experts. I joined as Lead Product Designer and grew into Design Manager.
Invoicing people can trust.
I led the billing module end to end: user research with the businesses themselves, then the flows to fill in, preview, and check the compliance of an invoice.
A remote control for billing.
Then a mobile app, conceived as a remote control for billing: big, practical actions an owner can run straight from the field. I ran the discovery to prioritize features and shipped it with engineering. It's the app in the video above.
A design team, hired from scratch.
As Design Manager I built the design team: I owned the hiring plan, led around fifty interviews, and set up the onboarding so the team could ramp fast.
More than 2,000 subscriptions during the pilot phase. The two designers I hired are still in role, building on what we set up.
